Series 5: Cutting, Cowhorse, Ranch Cutting or Reining Saddle

Because all saddles are custom made to order, we accept returns in brand new condition, within 7 days of receipt, with a 20% restocking fee. Exchanges are accepted with a 10% restocking fee, when approved, within 7 days of receipt and the saddle is returned in the condition it was received in. Take pictures immediately upon receiving your saddle. Pictures must be submitted for approval prior to return shipping. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

If there are any defects upon customer receipt, pictures must be taken and submitted immediately.

Local pickup or shipping at buyers expense. 

3-year crafmanship warranty; 5-year warranty on fiberglass-covered wood tree. In the event that warranty work is needed, pictures are required prior to shipping. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. .Warranty DOES NOT cover physical damage or abuse.
